Now safe and healing, Gilbert is well on his way to recovery thanks to dedicated veterinary care and a whole lot of TLC. His wounds are healing, his coat is growing back, and his playful, affectionate personality is beginning to shine.
Through it all, Gilbert has remained the most loving and forgiving soul. He absolutely lives for cuddles and kisses, and greets everyone with a wagging tail and an open heart. This resilient boy holds no grudges—just a deep desire to be loved and to give love in return.
