Hi there, I’m Big Mac — but don’t let the name fool you, I’m really just a big softie at heart.
I’m an 8-year-old Rottweiler with a few miles on my paws and a whole lot of love to give. Life hasn’t always been easy… my previous person and I were homeless for a while, and when they couldn’t care for me anymore, I found myself needing a little help too. But even after everything, I still believe the world is full of good people — because I’ve met them.
I love being close to my humans — on the couch, by your side, anywhere you are. I might grumble or “talk” a bit, but that’s just my way of saying hello or telling you how happy I am to see you. Don’t worry, it’s all love. (Although my foster mom says I’m a little set in my ways, I think stubborn was the word she used)
I get along great with other dogs, and I’ve got that old, wise-soul energy — calm, gentle, and full of heart. My joints creak a little these days, so I take some supplements to help me stay comfy, but that doesn’t stop me from soaking up belly rubs or following you around just to be near you. If I’m being honest, I’d like a quiet home where I can just take it easy I love peace and quiet.
All I really want now is a soft couch, a warm heart, and a forever home where I can relax and just be. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who’s already mastered the art of love and companionship, I think we might be a perfect match.
