I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is Nova

I'm Available

Nova is a sweet, cuddly, and friendly 4‑year‑old Pomeranian who loves being close to her people. She is very affectionate and truly a lap dog at heart, happiest when she’s soaking up human attention.

She has a lower‑ to medium‑energy level and enjoys relaxed walks when it’s not too cold, as well as simply hanging out at home. Nova can be a little shy at first, but once she knows someone is friendly, she quickly warms up and shows her loving personality.

Nova walks beautifully on leash and does not pull. She is fully house trained and has not had any accidents since her first day. She sleeps quietly in her crate at night and rarely cries. Nova knows several commands, including sit, down, here, and go in (for her crate).

She does well with the dogs she has met and would be comfortable with calmer pets, though cats are currently unknown. Nova isn’t very food‑motivated, but she absolutely loves human attention and the occasional liver treat.

One of her cutest habits is crossing her paws when she’s relaxing, or gently pawing at your arm when she wants attention. Nova would do best in a medium‑ to low‑energy household with dog‑savvy older children, or as a calm companion on her own. She is a loving, gentle soul who will make a wonderful, devoted companion.

Nova's adoption fee is $850 which includes spay, microchip, vaccines, heartworm, test, heartworm, flea tick prevention deworming and complete bat check if you are interested in adopting Nova, please go to our website and fill out an adoption application www.helpingpawsrescue.ca
