Meet Otis
At 4 years old, Otis is the definition of a heartbreaker. This handsome micro bully has a way of stealing hearts everywhere he goes… and once you meet him, you’ll understand why.
Otis absolutely LOVES people. Big humans, little humans, he’s all in. He’s wonderful with kids, great with other dogs, and even does well with cats. He’s just an all-around good boy who wants nothing more than to be close to his people.
His two greatest loves in life? Belly rubs and treats… though belly rubs might win by a nose.
Otis is currently working on his housetraining. Having spent his past life as a breeding dog, he does have a habit of marking. The good news is he’s now been neutered, and we expect this to improve with time, patience, and consistency.
Despite everything he’s been through, Otis is a comical, gentle sweetheart. He’s low energy and easygoing. A short, brisk walk followed by a well-earned break is his ideal routine. If he’s not napping, he’ll be right behind you, hoping for a little attention or sneaking in a kiss. And every once in a while, he’ll surprise you with 30 seconds of zoomies before returning to his favorite activity… lounging for belly rubs.
Otis does come with some extra considerations. Dogs bred to look like him often pay the price, and he will likely develop arthritis as he gets older. He’ll need a home that understands this and is committed to giving him the comfort and care he deserves.
This retired puppy mill stud has done his job. Now it’s his turn to be loved.
