I've found my furever family!

Hi! My Name Is Rogue (Cali)

We're happy to tell you that Rogue (Cali) has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.

Rogue is a 3-month-old Collie/Lab mix who has quickly become a foster favourite. She’s truly one of those special puppies who just fits — calm, sweet, and incredibly gentle.

Rogue is wonderful with children. She has a soft, patient nature and is happiest when she’s close to her people and furry friends. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and loves to play, and while she thinks cats are fun too, she’s still learning that not all cats appreciate puppy enthusiasm.

House training is coming along nicely for her age — she’s having about one accident a day, which is very normal for a young pup. She does great in her crate with no accidents and settles well, especially if she can see another dog nearby. Rogue is very much a “dog’s dog” and finds comfort being near her canine companions.

When she’s with playful dogs, she’s full of fun and energy. When things are calm, she’s content to just lay nearby and relax — she has a beautifully balanced temperament.

As with any puppy, we strongly recommend enrolling Rogue in puppy socialization and basic obedience classes. Not only will it help shape her into a confident, well-mannered dog, it will also strengthen the bond between you and help prevent problem behaviours before they start.

If you’re looking for a sweet, soft-natured pup who will grow into an incredible family companion, Rogue may be your perfect match.

Rouge's adoption fee is $1000 which includes microchip, vaccines, heartworm test, heartworm/flea/tick prevention, deworming, and complete vet check.  There will be a $400 rebate for proof of spay/neuter if not completed by the time of adoption. If you are interested in adopting Rouge, please fill out our online adoption application at www.helpingpawsrescue.ca.
